* 本課程以共同的頻道為核心,以講授、演練、討論等多種教學活動,找到溝通問題的本質,學會如何在溝通中傾聽與理解,如何通過表達和提問有效影響對方,如何避免非理性溝通,建立情商與人際關系及提供上下級和跨部門溝通的對策。
